Last week we wrapped two energetic and really fun days of shooting! It was the best time I've had directing fiction with a great cast, crew and writer/producer (Jonathan Sieff).

Cinematographer Aamir Nawab collaborated with me on crafting a stylish look. We shot 'Screw You' on the Sony FX3 over the period of two days, using drones for aerial photography and powerful Aputure 600D light to blast sunlight through the windows.

We used tube lights to apply texture and warmth to earlier domestic scenes.

As well as for lighting effects.

Because Screw You is an action film, I finally had the chance to collaborate with my good friend Adam Richards, an Action Director and stunts professional with decades worth of Hollywood experience, including 'Deadpool & Wolverine', 'Gladiator', 'Mighty Morphin Power Rangers' and 'Saving Private Ryan'.

The fight choreography and stunts in Screw You are testament to Adam's experience and creative thinking, I'm very excited to share the results with you all in the not too distant future when we release 'Screw You' to the first film festivals. It will be released online not long after its festival run finishes.
